Our rooms

Bausan 12 consists of double rooms (Africa), master bedrooms (Clodia) where you can add a third bed, a single room (Lucrezia) and an elegant Suite (Musica) with 2 large balconies, furnished with a conference table, sofa, piano and a double bathroom. This suite  can accommodate up to five people.

Our air-conditioned rooms excetpt Clodia, are equipped with hairdryer, free internet access and a flat screen TV. A cot for children on demand is available.

Our guests can find private bathroom for each room, all inside (except “Clodia” which is external but for the exclusive use) a set for preparing herbal teas and a warm environment. The lounge, the fully furnitured kitchen including a coffee machine in pods, the veranda and a large furnished garden/terrace are at our guests disposal in the common area.

A guarded and CCTV parking garage is available on demand for your car.

There are no hour limits for night return.
