Family One-room Flat “Suite Musica“

The family one-room flat “Suite Musica” is the real flagship of the facility: it’s a mini studio apartment that can accommodate an entire family of up to 5 members divided into 2 double beds and a single bed. The suite is divided into two areas, with a sleeping area equipped with a large 160 cm double bed and a living area equipped with a meeting table where a double sofa bed is located.  The very large bathroom, precisely because it is suitable for family use, has a large shower and a double sink.

Great value offers the polychrome marble floor and the antique furniture in the ‘700/’800 style, on which stands an upright piano and a music stand  also made of wooden antiques. The mini apartment has 2 sunny balconies, one of which is habitable, accessible through two bright French windows where you will find chairs and a table that will allow you to enjoy the mild climate of the Eternal City in complete privacy. The equipment is completed by free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, large LCD TV, hairdryer and an electric boiler to prepare tea and herbal teas.

The kitchen, equipped with a fridge, washing  and dryer machine , is located in the common area and is equipped with everything you need (plates, glasses, cutlery and pots) to comfortably prepare your meals.  There is also an automatic coffee pod machine.

In the common area you’ll find the roofed veranda and the very large and equipped terrace/garden.
